Order Changes

We accept order changes if the order has not started processing in our print process. Contact us and we can check whether your item can be changed.

Returns / Exchanges

Exchanges

All of our items are printed custom for each of our customers. As a result we currently do not accept size changes or general exchanges on items.

Replacements

Replacements are provided for errors that include:
  • Your order contains damaged products
  • There was a printing error
  • You received an incorrect item
  • Part of your order is missing
  • You do not receive your order if marked as delivered by USPS

Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship in 2-3 business days. Items can not be shipping immediately as each item is printed custom.

What are your shipping options?

  • US domestic shipping takes 5-8 business days which includes 2-3 business days to print and then 3-5 business days to ship.
  • International shipping can take 1-3 weeks to arrive which includes the 2-3 business days to print the item.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time we do not offer expedited shipping

What shipping courier do you use?
We currently use DHL and USPS in the US.
